Wholemeal wheat flour 37%, oat flakes 24%, high oleic sunflower oil, ground rice 10%, sugar, glucose syrup, rice bran 1.4%, rice oil 1%, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate, salt, flavouring. It contains gluten. It may contain traces of nut, eggs and soya. Naturally lactose-free.
